Simple Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

If your product is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product. It is important to have the original package and accessories when returning the product.

Refund Process

Once the product arrives at our office, we will inspect it. If everything is in order, a refund will be issued to your bKash/cash or original payment method within 7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The product will not be refundable for any reason or if you do not like it after using it. This applies to any seal-breaking electronic product.
